Geocca operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Geocca is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Geocca's names, logos, product names, designs and slogans may be trademarks belonging to Geocca or its licensors. Shopify's names, logos, products and services may be trademarks belonging to Shopify. Other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Geocca is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Geocca. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store but is not the seller of products purchased directly from Geocca.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.
