Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Geocca. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition. It should be unworn beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the fit, unwashed, with its original tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging.

You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on where and how to return your order. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Unless we tell you otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at geoccainfo@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue where appropriate.

We'll review the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, contact us at geoccainfo@gmail.com.

Where a direct exchange isn't available, the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund was approved, please contact geoccainfo@gmail.com.

UK & European Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Where statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights apply to an online purchase, including qualifying purchases in the UK or European Union, those rights apply in addition to Geocca's return policy.
